If you experience a medical emergency, a subscription to My Notification Service will notify your friends and family, and inform medical staff of your current medications and conditions you may have. Members will receive a wallet ID card and stickers for the back of a license or photo ID. Services include:
- Notification of up to nine contacts — such as family, friends, or business associates — by phone, text message, or email
- Forwarding of potentially life-saving medical information to any hospital to assist in your treatment
